The Role

We are seeking a Power Platform Developer with solid practical experience developing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, especially in environments where Microsoft Dataverse acts as the central data layer.

This person will be responsible for transforming business needs into scalable, secure and easy-to-maintain applications, working collaboratively with architects, analysts and stakeholders from different areas.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test and maintain solutions using Power Apps, including Canvas and Model-driven applications.
• Create and optimize automations, approvals and workflows with Power Automate.
• Configure tables, columns, relationships, business rules and other Dataverse components.
• Define data models that meet functional, security, performance and scalability requirements.
• Integrate Power Platform solutions with multiple data sources, corporate systems, APIs and Microsoft services.
• Implement access controls using security roles, teams, business units and other platform resources.
• Support the definition of technical architecture and best practices for development and governance.
• Diagnose problems, optimize applications and ensure the quality of delivered solutions.
• Document components, integrations, business rules and technical decisions.
• Collaborate with architects, analysts, developers and business stakeholders throughout the solution lifecycle.
• Use AI-assisted tools to accelerate development, documentation, analysis and problem-solving activities.

Requirements

• Practical experience developing solutions with Microsoft Power Platform.
• Proficiency in Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Consistent experience with Microsoft Dataverse.
• Knowledge of data modeling, including tables, relationships and integrity rules.
• Experience integrating different data sources and systems.
• Knowledge of security, permissions and access control in the Power Platform ecosystem.
• Ability to understand business requirements and convert them into technical solutions.
• Good communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Collaborative, analytical profile and problem-solving oriented.
• Familiarity with AI tools applied to software development.
• Advanced English — You will work with global teams daily for meetings, alignments, etc. (will be tested/evaluated in all interviews).

Differentials

• Experience with Power Pages, Copilot Studio or AI Builder.
• Knowledge of custom connectors, REST APIs and webhooks.
• Experience developing with JavaScript, TypeScript, C# or PCF components.
• Knowledge of Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Microsoft Graph or other Azure services.
• Experience with Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) practices, managed solutions and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of Power Platform governance, environments, DLP policies and Center of Excellence.
• Experience with agile methodologies.
• Microsoft Power Platform certifications, such as PL-400 or equivalents.
