Responsibilities

• Administer and govern the Microsoft Power Platform and related AI

capabilities

• Implement and maintain platform governance, security controls, environment

strategies, and Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies

• Manage platform environments and tenant configurations, ensuring secure,

compliant, and scalable operations

• Monitor platform health, usage, capacity and compliance, identifying and

mitigating risk

• Support solution deployment and Application Lifecycle Management (ALM)

processes

• Collaborate with Security, Risk, and Compliance teams to ensure secure and

compliant platform operations

• Provide advanced troubleshooting and operational support for platform-related

issues

• Develop and maintain standards, documentation, and operational procedures

Skills and Experience

• 5+ years of experience administering Microsoft Power Platform, Dynamics 365,

or similar enterprise cloud platforms

• 3+ years of experience managing tenant-level configuration, governance, and

platform operations

• Strong knowledge of Power Platform administration, environment management,

security, compliance and Data Loss Prevention (DLP Controls) and Dataverse security

• Experience supporting Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, AI Builder, or

related technologies, with an understanding of AI governance and risk management

• Experience supporting application lifecycle management (ALM), solution

deployments and platform governance practices

• Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Azure (Entra ID), and enterprise integration

patterns

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the

ability to manage complex platform-level issues

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across

technical and business teams

• Experience in the following areas are considered an asset:
• Microsoft certifications in Power Platform, Dynamics 365, or Azure

administration

• Experience implementing Power Platform governance frameworks and best

practices

• Experience supporting enterprise-scale platform adoption of Power Platform,

Copilot and AI solutions

• Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Power Platform Admin Center

analytics or CoE Starter Kit
