Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Developer Location: Bangalore Experience: 5–12 Years Work Mode: Hybrid – 3 Days Work From Office + 2 Days Work From Home Shift: General Shift Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days CTC- 15 -20 LPA Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) Developer to join our team in Bangalore. Key Responsibilities Develop, customize, and enhance Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O applications based on business requirements. Design and develop solutions using X++ and .NET. Participate in the complete software development lifecycle, including requirement analysis, development, testing, deployment, and support. Work on end-to-end D365 F&O implementation projects. Develop and maintain integrations between D365 F&O and external applications. Analyze technical requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve application issues while ensuring performance and reliability. Collaborate with functional consultants, business stakeholders, and technical teams. Follow development standards, coding best practices, and Microsoft Dynamics 365 guidelines. Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing.

Requirements Mandatory Skills & Experience 5–12 years of overall experience in relevant development roles. Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O). Strong development experience in X++. Good knowledge of .NET technologies. Must have successfully worked on at least one end-to-end D365 F&O implementation. Experience with D365 F&O customizations, integrations, and development lifecycle. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.
