OVERVIEW Baran EPC, on behalf of BTN Group and its subsidiaries, is seeking an experienced, Microsoft-certified Lead Business Central Functional Consultant (MB-800). In this role, you will champion the end-to-end implementation, configuration, and rollout of Dynamics 365 Business Central across the Group and its subsidiaries. Following a successful deployment, you will transition into the platform's permanent internal custodian, taking full ownership of long-term system maintenance, continuous performance optimization, and day-to-day administration across the Group and its subsidiaries. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Phase 1: Multi-Subsidiary Implementation & Rollout a) Multi-Company Architecture: Design and configure a scalable Business Central environment where each subsidiary maintains its own independent books of accounts. b) Consolidation Pipelines: Establish automated data workflows to deliver centralized, group-level consolidated financial reporting and intercompany transaction matching. c) System Integration & Alignment: Lead the core deployment of Business Central modules, driving seamless data synchronization across Microsoft Project Operations and external third-party systems. d) Data Migration & Testing: Direct data mapping, cleansing, and validation from legacy platforms, while defining the UAT strategy to guide business users through validation phases. Phase 2: Post-Go-Live Maintenance & Administration a) System Administration: Manage environment lifecycles, user licensing, security roles, and tenant permissions across the Group and its subsidiaries. b) Release Management: Monitor Microsoft’s bi-annual major release waves and monthly cumulative updates. Conduct impact assessments and regression testing to prevent operational downtime. c) Continuous Optimization: Audit platform performance, identify financial or workflow bottlenecks, and configure system enhancements as business operations evolve. d) Advanced Solution Support: Provide Level 2/3 functional support, acting as the primary technical liaison with Microsoft support. e) Reporting & Power Platform: Maintain and update Power BI dashboards, Jet Reports, and Power Automate workflows to ensure reliable corporate business intelligence.

Requirements

  1. Certifications: Must hold valid Microsoft credentials for both core ecosystems:

a) Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant Associate (Exam MB-800) – Mandatory b) Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate (Exam PL-200) –Preferred c) Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Business Central Developer Associate (Exam MB-820) – Preferred

  1. Core Experience

a) Consulting History: Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on consulting or internal lead experience implementing Dynamics 365 Business Central. b) Rollout Track Record: Proven experience leading at least 2 full-lifecycle, multi-subsidiary enterprise deployments of Business Central. c) Financial Expertise: Strong proficiency navigating multi-currency corporate setups, group data consolidation pipelines, and complex localized chart of accounts setups. d) Integration Knowledge: Direct experience working with systems connected via Microsoft Dataverse, standard ERP connectors, or API pipelines.
