ESaaS - MSD -Technical- D365 CE Developer Associate

Responsibilities

• Pick incidents from ServiceNow related to Dynamics 365 and resolve them
• Monitor Azure Synapse pipeline and fix any failures
• Create bug/user stories for reported issues
• Manage access
• Perform bulk data loads on entities
• Engage Microsoft support for product issues
• Review access in Azure Active Directory
• Fix bugs related to Dynamics 365
