About the role
Work with Dynamics 365 CE, Dataverse and Azure DevOps to lead solutions that improve how the business operates. You'll play a key role in our AI and automation roadmap.
You'll work closely with our Customer Service, Sales and Marketing teams, understand how they work, and turn their ideas and challenges into practical solutions. You'll be the person who helps shape our Dynamics 365 environment and drives improvements across the business.
This role includes BAU support, but goes well beyond working through a daily ticket queue. You'll work closely with business teams to understand their needs, design practical solutions and see them through to delivery. You'll own the outcome, while working with technical resources where needed to bring those solutions to life.
What you'll bring
- Hands-on Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement experience
- Good understanding of Power Platform Administration and Azure DevOps
- Comfort talking with business users, understanding their requirements and helping turn them into practical solutions
You may currently be a Dynamics 365 Developer, CRM Specialist, CRM Lead, Power Platform Specialist or Dynamics Administrator looking for a role with broader responsibility and greater ownership.
