We are seeking an exceptional and energetic Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) Lead to spearhead our Australian and New Zealand D365 Finance and Operations team. This pivotal role is central to driving our growth and success within the ANZ region. You will be responsible for leading our D365 F&O practice, driving growth, fostering innovation, motivating your people and ensuring the successful delivery of solutions to our clients.
You will be joining and leading a large team of passionate D365 F&O professionals, many with 15+ years of experience, all of whom are proud of our long-term pedigree as one of the go-to partners in the ANZ market. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Team Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor, and inspire the D365 Finance and
Operations team across Australia and New Zealand, fostering a high-performance and collaborative culture. Develop team capabilities and promote continuous learning in D365 F&O and related technologies.
- Market Leadership & Business Growth: Act as a market maker in the local ANZ
market, demonstrating an ability to grow the D365 F&O business. Engage with clients, Microsoft, and other partners to identify opportunities, build strong relationships, and expand our market presence.
- Solution Architecture & Delivery Governance: Provide strategic leadership and
governance for D365 F&O implementations and transformations, ensuring successful end-to-end project delivery. Oversee the design, implementation, and optimisation of finance and operations solutions tailored to client requirements.
- Client Engagement & Advisory: Serve as a trusted advisor to clients,
understanding their business needs and translating them into effective D365 F&O solutions with your team. Guide clients on best practices in D365 F&O, leveraging industry expertise and previous implementation experiences.

- ERP Transformation Expertise: Utilise a strong domain understanding of ERP
transformation, covering aspects like scope definition, delivery approach, resourcing strategy, and risk identification. Ensure delivery excellence and adherence to enterprise ERP standards.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional
teams, including developers, project managers, and functional consultants, to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
YOUR PROFILE:
- Proven ability to lead an ERP delivery team with extensive hands-on
experience in overseeing ERP implementations. Specific experience with D365 F&O is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated experience and a strong pedigree in the local Australian and New
Zealand (ANZ) market.
- Strong domain understanding of ERP transformation and delivery governance.
- Experience in the Microsoft Partner channel is highly desirable.
- A proven track record of growing a business and acting as a market
maker, leveraging your network and personal brand.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in leading D365 F&O projects or teams.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Business,
Finance) or equivalent practical experience.
- Exceptional leadership and people management skills, with the ability to
inspire and motivate teams.
- Strong business acumen, including contracting and negotiation experience and
strategic thinking.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities,
capable of engaging with clients, Microsoft, and other partners.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in parallel and prioritise effectively.
- A consultative mindset, actively listening to client requirements and
delivering tailored solutions.
